Is on the main street in the middle of the village. Recently extended it is a country house in miniature with its wooden floors colourful rugs Chinese Chippendale style staircase and internal windows and simple furniture.

Is in the quiet, largely undiscovered but beautiful Eden Valley, approximately 16 miles from Carlisle and well situated for touring the Lake District, Galloway, the Border Country, Hadrian’s Wall, South Western Northumberland, and the Yorkshire Dales.
